Paprika Red is  dark red viscous oily liquid, needle crystal or crystalline powder with special smell.Soluble in ethanol,acetone, chloroform,n-hexane and oil,do not dissolve in water and glycerin. It can be used for coloring canned food,ice cream, biscuits,cooked meat products,artificial crab meat,sauces and sweets,also for medical and cosmetic coloring, such as drug-coated colored and used as a red coloring agent.
